As each gown is made-to-order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected after confirmation
- Wedding cancellation or postponement
- Personal preference after delivery
If your gown arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
